Audience, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Founded in 2002 by Jim and Carlina Womeldorph, the Company is a successful collaboration of their industry education and experience.
Graduating in 1994 with a recording arts degree, Jim has worked in both the live sound industry and with various companies specialized in the design and installation of audio/video electronics systems. Prior to launching Audience, Inc, Jim was the principal systems specialist for two other local audio/video companies in the DFW area. Jim also gained significant technical experience as a commercial sound system installer for one of the Nation’s leading commercial sound providers. Since, 1996, Jim has been one of the AV specialists for the Dallas Cowboys at the former Texas Stadium and currently at AT&T Stadium, and the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters (“The Star”).
Carlina graduated in 1996 from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Building Construction. Working in both business management and project management for two large commercial construction companies, she brings her financial and contracting expertise to the company helping to ensure the success of Audience, Inc.
Proudly, Audience Inc. is the official AMX provider for AT&T Stadium. Along with this ongoing service contract, Audience was honored to be the AV contractor of choice for the Owner’s Suite, the Owner’s Perch, the Dr. Pepper Platform, and the Pepsi Platform. In 2012, Audience, Inc. successfully executed the installation of new/upgraded sound systems in over 220 of the stadium’s suites. This work and the continuous relationship Audience has developed with AT&T Stadium is a testament to their reputation for service and expertise in the very competitive DFW market.
Audience, Inc. maintains their position of expertise and superior service by continuously educating their design and installations team. Technicians are CEDIA certified and the Company has been a CEDIA member since its inception in 2002.
